Hi, I’m Alice Kasem. I see therapy as a collaborative, supportive space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you are experiencing. My role is to walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and care as you navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with your strengths.


I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe, heard, and respected. Whether you are facing anxiety, relationship concerns, emotional overwhelm, or a period of transition, therapy can offer a grounding place to explore, heal, and grow at your own pace.

Therapy is most effective when you can express yourself in the language that feels most natural and emotionally true to you. I offer sessions in both English and Arabic, creating a space where you can communicate your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with greater ease and depth. Whether you feel more comfortable exploring complex feelings in Arabic or prefer working in English, our work together can be grounded in the language that best supports your healing, understanding, and growth.
