We are a team of licensed psychotherapists committed to providing compassionate and accessible services. Our names are Monika and Maggie. Our paths intertwined six years ago while pursuing our education in Couple and Family Therapy at the University of Guelph. It was during this time that our friendship blossomed, culminating in the inception of Sofia Therapy.
At the core of Sofia Therapy is the belief that the resources, strength, and courage needed to face life’s challenges lie within you and the relationships that are part of your life! Our role is to help you discover and access them. Whether through change, acceptance, gratitude, forgiveness or all of the above, this journey happens one step at a time, and we are here to guide you through it.
